“Healing is a matter of time, but it is sometimes also a matter of opportunity” Hippocrates

Rejuvenate and regenerate your body and mind on a holistic retreat!

I run a number of seasonally-tailored, holistic retreats throughout the year. Numbers are kept intimate (no more than 15 people) so that I can meet everybody’s needs. The retreats involve wonderful food, yoga, guided meditations, early nights and nutritional and lifestyle advice. I am also a great believer in the healing power of nature and my retreats always involve silent, contemplative walks in the countryside. Massage and one-on-one wellness sessions are available at an additional cost, see below.
All my students return home with a basic, solid foundation in healthy, clean eating and living so that they know how to minimize their toxin intake, support the body’s innate ability for detoxification, and lead a more balanced life.

The retreats are tailored to suit the season…

Autumn is a time for slowing down; the perfect time to nurture and restore your body and mind. Winter is a time to strengthen the immune system, to reflect, heal and find mental clarity. Spring is the perfect time for a quick liver detox, for rest and rejuvenation. When it is warmer during Summer, it is easier for the body to be in a detox process, for relaxation and regeneration.

Over the weekend we will consider what wellbeing really is…

We will prepare cooked and raw food and eat it together. We will also use delicious, nutrient-rich superfoods and drink organic vegetable and fruit juices.
You will be given vital, new information on nutrition, mineral supplements and superfoods.
We will learn about what is deficient in our western diet and how we can fix this through the food we eat and the lifestyle that we choose. Also, you will learn a powerful breathing technique which alkalizes the body, supports and stimulates the liver and balances your emotions.

The package includes…
Accommodation, organic food, juices and superfood shakes, extended daily yoga sessions, guided meditations, woodland walks, and lifestyle and nutrition advice.
Retreats start on Fridays at 4pm and finish on Sundays at 3.30pm

Optional Extras…
Massage, Reiki or Cosmetic Acupuncture: £65 for 1 hour

“Rina created a wonderful nourishing space, and her yoga and meditation classes took me beyond my previous experience to a calm, warm and beautiful place in my mind whilst enabling me to make new shapes with my body. The food we cooked was delicious – I really did not know raw food could be so incredible – and I learned a lot about feeding my body with the nutrients it craves to work best. The surroundings were divine and the group sessions supportive and illuminating. I left feeling refreshed and uplifted with my mind and body truly detoxed, relaxed and energised. I can really only describe the experience as magnificent. I am so grateful I went, it is probably the most positive thing I have done for myself in a very long time.”

Lara Whyte, Journalist, London

“Rina’s weekend detox retreat was an absolute breath of fresh air. The balance of invigorating morning yoga and a deeply restorative afternoon yin session fully satisfied my yoga cravings, whilst the exceptional juices, salads, soups and snacks all freshly prepared nourished me far more than expected. There was space within the weekend to snooze, read, walk and massage yet the best bit of all was that I left having learnt a lot about nutrition. Thanks to Rina bee pollen and chaga tea are now weekly staples and my body has never been happier!”

Alex Chayney

“Thank you for an incredible retreat, I came away feeling healthier, lighter, emotionally and physically, and full of knowledge of food, yoga and my self.”

Cindy Tapscott, New Zealand

“As I have found with her approach to yoga, Rina embodies everything that she teaches, with clarity, poise and precision. Her direct and distinctly unfussy approach is accompanied by a vast wealth of knowledge gained by personal experience. Rina speaks of the alchemy behind living food – and as with all magical recipes it remains the secret ingredient.
As with most things nowadays, there is information available to us at our fingertips or in all good bookshops. Rina’s intimate and knowledgeable approach cuts through the hours you could so easily spend trawling for information, comparing reviews and recipes”

Lizzie, Bradford on Avon

“Rina ran a wonderful retreat. It was extremely relaxing and I came away feeling light and lovely. She is very practical – you don’t have to come away with a complete change of mindset about how to live your life, but some practical tips about health and wellbeing that make a real difference. I highly recommend.”

Clare, Writer, London

“Rina created a nourishing, calming space . I loved the balance of yoga, walking,  free time for thinking and reflecting, and cooking yummy food together. I considered myself someone who already knew a lot about healthy eating but I learnt a lot, and got fired up to learn more especially about superfoods after the retreat.”

Teresa Fabian, Financial Advisor, London

“Rina’s Spring Detox and yoga retreat was exactly what I needed; like minded individuals, discovering beautiful fresh healthy food (if you are feeling bored with your normal diet and uninspired walking around the supermarket, discovering these yummy foods is perfect), yoga with Rina (boy do I miss her yoga sessions, her narrative, pure love of the practice, knowledge and humour are unique) and peaceful walks in beautiful countryside. It was a real privilege to have a whole weekend dedicated to really looking after myself surrounded by amazing people. What an experience, thank you Rina and to everyone else that was there, a truly special group.”

Lyndsay White, Barrister, Bristol

“Abi and I are well and looking forward to Christmas at home with our close family. We were talking today about what an impact your retreat has had on us – particularly Abi. She has gained so much confidence and zest for life in the last 6 months, helped by fantastic GCSE results and really enjoying studying for her A Levels at our local 6th form college. We have also both stopped eating meat and are pescetarian (on our way to being vegetarian*;) winking). We are both feeling the health benefits and have much improved complexion, hair and nails. We have also been enjoying doing yoga”
