Rejuvenate and regenerate your body and mind on a holistic retreat!

I run a number of seasonally-tailored, holistic retreats throughout the year. Numbers are kept intimate (no more than 15 people) so that I can meet everybody’s needs. The retreats involve wonderful food, yoga, guided meditations, early nights and nutritional and lifestyle advice. I am also a great believer in the healing power of nature and my retreats always involve silent, contemplative walks in the countryside. Massage and one-on-one wellness sessions are available at an additional cost, see below.
All my students return home with a basic, solid foundation in healthy, clean eating and living so that they know how to minimize their toxin intake, support the body’s innate ability for detoxification, and lead a more balanced life.

The retreats are tailored to suit the season…

Autumn is a time for slowing down; the perfect time to nurture and restore your body and mind. Winter is a time to strengthen the immune system, to reflect, heal and find mental clarity. Spring is the perfect time for a quick liver detox, for rest and rejuvenation. When it is warmer during Summer, it is easier for the body to be in a detox process, for relaxation and regeneration.

Over the weekend we will consider what wellbeing really is…

We will prepare cooked and raw food and eat it together. We will also use delicious, nutrient-rich superfoods and drink organic vegetable and fruit juices. 
You will be given vital, new information on nutrition, mineral supplements and superfoods.
We will learn about what is deficient in our western diet and how we can fix this through the food we eat and the lifestyle that we choose. Also, you will learn a powerful breathing technique which alkalizes the body, supports and stimulates the liver and balances your emotions.

The package includes…

Retreats start on Fridays at 4pm and finish on Sundays at 3.30pm

08.30-09:00: Superfood shake
09.00-11.00: Morning breathwork, Vinyasa yoga & Yoga Nidra
11.30-13.30: Preparing and eating raw & cooked lunch
13.30-14.30: Silent walk, private consultation, treatment or just time to chill out
14.30-15:00: Tea & raw snack break
15.00-16.00: ‘Healing Living Kitchen’ class
16.00-17.00: More treatments to pamper yourself / free time
17.00-18.30: Restorative/Yin yoga & meditation class
18.30-20.00: Food preparation & delicious vegan meal
20.30-21.30: Yoga Nidra / meditation / movie
